Endeavour is a youth enterprise and innovation program that provides 15-17 year olds with the opportunity to set up their own micro business with support and guidance from industry experts.

The young entrepreneurs will Get Started during the first term with training and development, to validate business ideas, gain essential marketing skills and knowledge and undertake necessary legal tasks including setting up the business and gaining necessary insurance and registrations.

The young entrepreneurs will continue to meet up each week for mentoring and skills building one evening through the term and one day during the summer break for professional development. Support can be accessed in between via email and on the phone when the issue cannot wait until the next session.

The overall aim will be to achieve minimum profit targets to fund a World Challenge trip to Cambodia at the end of the twelve months.

The commitment

• Set-up your own business following legal structure, finance and insurance
• Operate your business, selling your products and services for at least 12 months
• Attend weekly after school mentoring and skills building sessions
• Attend a professional development training day during the school holidays; Easter, winter, spring.
